Proactive, responsive, run by a woman

Most banks are run for shareholders and not for their customers. Starling feels really different - that you matter. They reply to queries quickly, they adapt their model to suit their customers needs - and rather than a faceless leader Anne Boden is there doing what she does best. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
