Well worth changing too

EXCELLENT BAK STARLING

I sold a fairly large business in 2020 and was used to traditional banking style, which involved daily visits the bank. I started another small enterprise and my son recommended Starling bank and told me the benefits. WOW I wished I had used this bank for my previous bank as it would have saved a lot of time. The notifications of payments is fab and paying supplies is easy to do on your phone. In January I went to pay an invoice of a new supplier, but even though I ignored the warning the name doesn’t match the account details, they stopped the payment being processed. When I followed up, the supplier had changed back details and when I updated their account details I was able to process the payment. Everything that banking should be, the others take note!

Perfect, just what I need. No humans required, just solid, fast, secure online banking. Everything works first time, is unbelieavably quick and no bank people to have to talk to or deal with, just the way banking should be--- OH and NO fees!!! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Easy to set up and use, without a worry.

A user of the Starling Business account for 2 years, I'm always impressed by how each new feature is innovative and enhances the business banking experience. Support is there when you need it and able to solve any issues. Starling is the business banking account I recommend to others whenever I'm asked. Easy to set up an account. Quick response.

I have recently set up a personal and business account with Starling and found the process smooth. There response to queries is quick and all information such as when a transaction takes place is quickly alerted to my phone. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
