Excellent Customer Services, and it's Free!

Moving over to Starling Business was simple and painless. As 99% of our transactions are electronic (FPS, BACS, Card etc.) this was the best service for us a business rather than paying through the roof for a high street bank. On the odd occasion where we've had to "chat" (via the app) with the customer services team, they have got back to us quickly and I've never had any issues lasting more than 12 hours even at the weekend. To be fair, although the service is currently free, it's a service that would be worth paying for if they ever introduced fees for their business accounts. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Great business account

Having used Starling Business account for a year I am very happy with the account. The App doesn't require a token to authenticate, I just use Face ID, I can check debit card details including ccv code, and the account is free. For a small Ltd company it is an ideal choice. I would only add a savings account, say 1% interest rate so that I can protect surplus from inflation. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Business Banking - of another order!

Not just because it's free banking but because Starling's service is helpful and really understands how to simplify life! I was concerned that mobile banking would be limited and complicated - I couldn't have been more wrong! I am so glad they have turned a murmur into a clamour! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
