I feel like a customer

Yes, it is an app based service, but it is very, very well thought out. The process for applying for my account asked the kind of questions that made me feel assured that Starling understands modern business. My pre application research led me to Anne Boden's interview on you tube. Her reasoning and honesty sealed it for me. An incredible banking experience....

Since first switching my current account to Starling I then moved all my business accounts to them as well. The app is very, very easy to use and loaded with every functionality I can think of. Customer service, app ease of use and connectivity to other services such as Xero make it an all-round fabulous banking experience. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
