Shark Loan company avoid by any means

AVOID @%$ AVOID %$%$AVOID I went to this organisation with my head high without good research aiming to surprise my wife for the car of her dream, it was all perfect at the beginning, but when I was about to signed contract/warranty they told me its less than 3 months, also they are based in Hull if i remembered it correctly 134 miles away from Northampton, on any faulty i have to take it back to them, one big red flag, the car worth £15000 i manage to pay to £11000 and COVID hit I lost my job, they didn't want to know typical shark company, Poor customer services, no Sympathy, I did request to reduce the amount i pay per month, they didn't care, They ended up take me to court I represent myself they come with experience lawyer in the field to defend Shark Loan company, they won the case I lost £11000, and also the car was worth £6000 when they took of me, and they ended up selling it for £3000 that means i still need to pay more money to them. so if you value your money, time, and good mentality avoid this shark loan company with poor customer services Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Good and Bad

Agreed payment holiday due to Covid 19 however received several threatening letters following this. They apologised and assured the letters were issued in error but only to receive several more letters. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

Supported me when hardly any other company would

Great experience with these guys and they gave me car finance when hardly any other company would look at me. Have never had trouble with these guys, and they've kept me updated with regular statements on what's left to owe. Reviewed on: 29th April 2020
