At renewal, Staveley head asked for a copy of MOT certificate after the 14 days cooling off period (they waited exactly 28 days) and gave... At renewal, Staveley head asked for a copy of MOT certificate after the 14 days cooling off period (they waited exactly 28 days) and gave me less than 6 hours to send it over before cancelling my policy at 3pm that day. My policy was for £188 and total cancellation fees amount to £173.25 and won’t review. What a way to treat a renewing customer. Absolutely wasted my time. This company is useless and not worth wasting your time with. I stated my no claims bonus when getting the insurance... Absolutely wasted my time. I stated my no claims bonus when getting the insurance and shower proof but they weren't happy that it wasn't specifically camper van insurance.
