It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange have saved my life

I got myself into a world of debt which was completely unmanageable. My mental health was on the floor and I could see no way out. I found the courage to reach out to Stepchange 2ho were sympathetic from the start and sorted my finances with all of my creditors. Having always lived with Debt, it became unmanageabl...

Having always lived with Debt, it became unmanageable after a relationship break down, Stepchange relieved that pressure on me, arranging all repayments with lenders and helping me structure my budget appropriately. When my circumstances changed, it was seamless to speak with Stepchange and change my repayments to suit my new budget. In two years I will be completely debt-free for the first time in around 20years, this is all down to Stepchange. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
