Amazing Service

I was so nervous about contacting step change to help me with my debts. Ever since I made that first phone call to start my debt management plan I have had such a big weight lifted off my shoulders. Every member or staff I have spoken to have been helpful and understanding. I was always one of these people who would rather ignore the debts than get them sorted. I also feel the budget review helps in the long term of how to manage your money moving forward. I am One month from being debt free and I never thought I would ever be in this situation 2 years ago when I first reached out to step change. I had debts mounting up and there was no way I could afford to pay them all back I had bailiffs knocking on my door.
