I was in a dark place, I was in a lot of debt but made every payment each month. But never had anything left over and was often increasing debt to pay some bills using a credit card which wasn't sustainable. When I contacted stepchange there was no judgement and they supported me throughout the whole process and now I pay a more affordable monthly payment, ensuring that all my bills will be cleared.
