I was at rock bottom, and the people at StepChange were fantastic. They were so patient, and knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would like to say thank you for the excellent support I received. Everything was very clear and helpful from the beginning. The staff member I spoke with was very kind, understanding, and patient. They explained everything carefully and made sure I understood all the information.
