I decided to try Tembo money on a whim after seeing it advertised on my instagram. As a first time buyer I didn’t even know... I decided to try Tembo money on a whim after seeing it advertised on my instagram. As a first time buyer I didn’t even know where to start but we decided to set up our first call with Dom (mortgage advisor) who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly go through our finances, listen to our wants/needs and find us the best mortgage deal and explain exactly the steps we would need to go through, he was very good at keeping in contact and replying to emails and he made the whole process less stressful. Once we decided on which mortgage product to use, Chelsea became our case manager and was also excellent. She managed communication between myself and the mortgage broker which was great as this process was slightly more stressful leading up to the mortgage offer acceptance as they demanded lots of paperwork.
