Luke was very friendly and professional whilst talking us through the steps of transferring funds into a Family Building Society bond. We have also spoken to some of his colleagues who have been equally friendly and helpful. It's so refreshing to have calls answered promptly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2025

The staff both in branch and on the telepohne are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It would however, be a great advantage to be able to see your password as you type it so that you could spot errors and rectify them. It can be time consuming if you have made an error e.g. typed a capital letter by mistake but you do not know what the error is. The savings rates are however very competitive and hard to beat! Very helpful customer service team

It was necessary to speak to customer service on a number of occasions to resolve a particular problem in opening a new savings account. Everyone we spoke to were very kind and very helpful and eventually were able to resolve our problem Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

Mortgage and Savings review

WE have had a family mortgage with the society and a number of savings products. All products were competitive and the service has been excellent and felt personal. Not just a number? Security when calling is thorough and reassuring. Tracker funds give a good return and easy to operate. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
