Information to savers

Whilst on the whole I am pleased with the customer service and interest rates offered by the Society I feel there is one major improvement that could be offered to existing savers:- Why can't emails be sent out when there are changes to the Society's interest rates or new accounts introduced ? Seeking reassurance

I phoned to reassure myself that I had correctly transferred money to my newly set up ISA account. Your colleague whose name I sadly did not catch was so very helpful and confirmed that the money is now in my ISA account. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

We only have the one account (Windfall Bond) but fee...

We only have the one account (Windfall Bond) but feel it is really good value as it not only has a good interest rate but it also enters all investors into a monthly draw which (I think) gives a lot better chance of winning than other similar types of investments. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Account Opening Enquiry

I had a query about opening an account on behalf of a relative. It was slightly complex but was handled very efficiently by Donnika. The branch staff had also been very pleasant and helpful. Also the ‘phone was answered very promptly. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
