Competitive and inclusive

A competitive premium and fair claim settlement

I unfortunately had to claim for damage caused to our previous caravan by a lorry as we disembarked from a ferry to France. There were quite a few delays in responding to my emails during the process which was frustrating. The claims department was clearly very busy. But in the end I did receive a fair settlement when the caravan was treated as a write off and not economically viable to repair. So I insured my replacement caravan with Emporium again, and wasn't penalised for the recent claim, which I appreciated as it wasn't my fault. Reviewed on: 7th August 2023
