The staff at Octopus are efficient, they try and support me as a small self-employed business to get the best insurance to suit my budget and type of business. I started the business 4 years ago and I have never wanted to look elsewhere for insurance. Reviewed on: 9th August 2018

Usual rip off

All insurance companies are the same, will charge and charge and charge. Don't look after existing customers, too busy looking for new blood. Insurance companies are the new banks, out for profit and nothing else. No customer service, just charges and hoops for us to jump through, or get charged. Reviewed on: 9th August 2018
