Extremely poor customer experience of the most...

Extremely poor customer experience One of the most frustrating and disorganised customer experiences I have encountered. The process initially appeared straightforward, but quickly descended into contradictory information, confusing account statuses, broken pages and repeated uncertainty about what was actually happening. Different parts of the system appeared to be saying different things, leaving me to repeatedly check, take screenshots and contact support simply to establish the basic status of my application. What makes the experience particularly disappointing is the amount of time and effort required from the customer to obtain clear answers. I should not have to investigate a company’s processes for them or repeatedly chase for clarification about information displayed on their own systems. When I eventually raised the issues formally, the explanations provided still left fundamental questions unanswered and, in my view, failed to adequately explain the inconsistencies I had documented. I’ve retained screenshots and correspondence throughout, so this review reflects my documented personal experience rather than speculation. For a business operating in a regulated financial-services environment, I expected considerably better communication, transparency, system reliability and customer service. Extremely disappointing. Blackmailers

Company failed to take my payments, citing an error with their payment provider. They reacted by taking all payments without any notice at a later date, when there wasn't sufficient money in my account to do so. This took me into an unarranged overdraft and unable to buy food. This wasn't authorised. I authorised their payments when I made them. If there was a processing error that's their fault. They should have 1) notified me and 2) made alternative arrangements. Instead they bank dipped me and left me penniless. Avoid. Jokers and scammers. The arrangement fee is an attempt to circumvent the 0.8% maximum per day a loan should cost. I have advised the FCA of their practices. Edit: TheMoneyPlatform contacted me with the following: "as a gesture of goodwill, we can agree to compensate you with £50, despite this situation being completely out of our control. Please confirm if you would like to accept this offer and we will be more than happy to set this up for you." Then shortly after accepting their goodwill gesture, I received the following: "Hi Lee, So we can agree to this, however, we have just seen your review on our Trust Pilot. Whilst we appreciate your frustrations, we will need you to remove this review for us to compensate you. Please confirm once the review has been removed and we will be able to transfer the funds across for you. Kind regards, The Money Platform" The company, in full knowledge that they have left me in a perilous financial situation, tried to use this to their advantage and blackmail me into removing what was a completely honest and accurate review. Best Investment ever

I got involved in TMP in 2018, I met the leaderships of the company at their offices. They were very open and accomodating to see an investor and answered all our questions. I particularly liked the fact that they were more interested in longterm sustainability of the company that quick growth at the expense of security. The portal is easy to use and gives us all the data we need to generate our own reports to track our investment and TMP team are always happy to get us any information we request. We certainly lookforward to investing more and have already told dozens of fiends and family, most of whom have joined and are as satisfied as we are. SB Reviewed on: 25th March 2021
