The thimbl credit builder card can be applied for online and is managed through the secure banking app.

If you’re accepted, you’ll be offered a starting credit limit from £500 to £1,200. Limits are based on your circumstances. The contactless card lets you pay for items up to £100.

I really recommend thimbl!

When I was applying for a mortgage last year, my broker suggested that I applied for a credit building card to help establish my credit score (I'd never had a credit card before). Someone at work recommend thimbl. to me, so I thought I'd give it a go. It really works! I've had my card for over a year now, and have used it to just buy small items here and there, which I then pay off in full. My credit score is now really good, and I think this helped me to get the loan I needed a couple of weeks ago. From what I recall, the card application process was really easy, and my card arrived within days. Lovely brand, have been so pleased with this card. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
