Never had any issues with this company. Gave me a reminder about my property which had been empty for nearly 3 months, that I needed to let them know if it has become occupied in the meantime. Which it had. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

No emergency line at the weekends. No documents received and unhelpful when I phoned on the Monday. Didn't cover me for non rental because of COVID and when I took out the insurance. All in all I shouldn't have bothered Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

We have insured a number of properties through Hamilton Fraser for about 10yrs; throughout they have been easy to contact & speak with in times of need.
