Nice to chat to the same staff members year after year.

I've been using HF (in its various guises) for years and find their quotes competitive. It is also nice to be able to chat to the same people year-on-year since it increases brand loyalty (which is good for HF & also shows that staff are happy to work there). Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

Most competitive price quote online!

This company gave me the most competitive quote by far & I purchased Buildings Insurance from them. They also gave me the opportunity to choose a more expensive insurance with fuller coverage, but I thought that the lower quote was adequate for my needs. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I got cut off and it was difficult to reconnect to the person I had originally spoken to. Reviewed on: 15th July 2020
