Expertise, Professionalism, Confidence-inspiring, Reassurance

As a brand new landlord, I found that I was unable to get landlord insurance from "reputable landlord insurance" companies. The flat I was trying to insure was on the ground floor of a modern 4-storey block with a flat roof. The flat roof made it seemingly uninsurable as a landlord. I then found Total Landlord Insurance and common sense prevailed at last.. They were competent and professional while remaining friendly and totally reassuring. Their fees were very reasonable indeed and the cover is excellent. I cannot recommend them too highly. Reviewed on: 29th August 2017

FORCED ENTRY BY POLICE

As a landlord insurance feel that forced entry by police would have been covered . When your reps. give presentations at NLA meetings they make a large amount of comment about damage by drug dealers /factories/ explosion/cannabis growing etc, so important to have correct insurance in place,well inevitably that leads onto police raiding the property, by forced entry, but you now inform me that this is not a covered risk, as a landlord could not recommend any other landlord using your services when you are aware that in today's climate it is a definitively a risk that landlords not only expect to be covered for but would like me have it expected to be covered. Whilst speaking to your agents very polite but not much helo to be told a risk not covered on your landlords insurance, will be looking elsewhere for insurance on my properties in the future!
