Helpful company, competitive rates, very pleased overall

We use Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance for our small portfolio of HMOs in SW London. They've always been helpful and informative when we've had any questions about our insurance needs. The customer service is good - it's not a huge call centre and when we've queried something they've generally got back to us the same day. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017

Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance has always given me what I need, when I need it and at a reasonable price. This is not the cheapest insurance company but then again, it isn't the most expensive either. Whenever I have rung, I have been able to speak to someone directly who has had the answers I needed, been extremely professional and cheerful. This tells me that the people Hamilton Fraser employ are skilled, experienced and customer focused. One feature I particularly appreciate is the newsletter Hamilton Fraser send out every month.
