Excellent service and ease of use when set up policy covering 6 properties some of which had quirks and easy to add another property later in year . Sent me reminder to inform them whether tenants moved In at time I estimated would likely to be redecorated and tenants moved in. Could benefit from being able to pay renewal on line rather than over phone. Reviewed on: 4th September 2017
