After searching for an insurance provider who would insure UK properties for non-UK landlords (for a client of mine) I finally came across Total Landlord. They were so helpful, quick to respond and the whole process was very simple and straightforward. Dealing with Massimo at Total Landlord was like an absolute breath of fresh air. Efficeint and answer the phone

I have been with total landlord Insurance for years. They are brilliant, they send the renewal with about 6 weeks notice which gives you time to plan and even look about for cheaper prices. When looking for a cheaper rate i can never find one, they are very competitive. They always answer the phone and deal with my queries with a smile. Love this company and would highly recommend them.
