INADEQUATE Landlord Insurance

Despite being recommended by the NRLA, they don't offer building cover for any HMOs, large or small. Also it took several reminders before they came up with a figure ten days after the enquiry. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

A friend in times of trouble.

Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance has been the best insurance a Landlord could possibly hope for. In times of trouble in a tenant's flat, they delivered. They were helpful and reassuring, and supportive. They paid full compensation without making a fuss. I cannot recommend them more highly. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022
