Total waste of time, non existant customer service

I wanted to transfer an ISA from another provider to Trading 212 but was not able to as the bank that I had the ISA with was not on Trading 212's list! Their customer service is non existant as you cannot talk to anyone other than by the chat function and even then it takes ages for a response. As they were not able to do what I wanted, I asked them to delete all my info (NI no, dob, address, copy D/L etc etc) from their records and was very displeased when I was told they could not do so for 7 years due to regulations!!! Reply from Trading 212 We regret to hear about your experience. Currently, we can only process ISA transfers to banks and providers that are supported on our platform. We are constantly working to expand the list of supported providers, but this process can sometimes take time. Regarding our customer service, our chatbot is programmed to provide the most relevant information as quickly as possible. Even though we are constantly trying to make it better, we understand that live agent support might be needed in certain situations, and we are sorry to hear your interaction with our team didn't meet your expectations If you would like to close your account, we can assist with that or you can do it yourself via the Menu. However, as a regulated broker, we are required by law to keep certain information for a period of 7 years. This is done to comply with the regulations that we follow. Would you please provide us with your ticket ID so we can take a closer look at your case? We will gladly take a closer look at your case and assist further. Response date: 27th December 2024

Excellent app, daunting array of features.

Excellent app, although it's huge range of options and features is daunting at first. Take time to find your way around and it has everything you want and need. Offering the highest rate on my ISA and uninvested cash at first, it has fallen back since, but I still regard it as good and I'm sticking with them for now. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2024

Incredibly simple to use and keep track of your shares. Community made Pies also take the hassle out of it acting as sort of a democratic ETF you can put money into and automatically buy shares from. Reviewed on: 13th October 2024

Excellent commission free broker

There offering is excellent. They are no fees apart of the 0.15% foreign exchange fees. Their debit card is amazing offering cashback on purchases and they currently offer one of the highest interest rates on cash ISA. Reviewed on: 20th June 2024

I've found their real time service has been outstanding, their interest rates on cash are market leading (both gia and isa products) and their speed of transfer is fantastic! I've had no need to contact customer service at all, very happy with these guys!! Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
