Multi-currency account with very low fees

It has a multi-currency account where you can receive, send and hold balances in several currencies, earn competitive interest in some of them, and save on FX fees if you choose to keep sale proceedings in the investment currency. The FX fee is the only fee they charge and it is very competitive, one of the lowest in the market. The mobile app is very comprehensive and useful, although some UX could be improved (charts and time ranges). The web/desktop app offers the same UX as the mobile app with also an advanced view, useful for more experienced traders. Although the customer service is only available on chat and email, they are quite fast in providing an initial response (below 2 hours for most cases). For complex issues, especially for investment transfers, customer service requests usually need escalation but you normally get a comprehensive response within 1 business day - on average, this is faster than other more established UK platforms when contacted over secure message. You can also get a debit card (physical, virtual or single-use virtual), where you can spend part of your balance with 0% FX fees and earn very competitive cashback. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Easy to use and great perks

Very easy to use platform with a super intuitive UI. Much easier to find your way around than other investment platforms I have used, and the low fees are excellent.
