Their Service is abysmal.

Customer Service is abysmal. Where do I even begin? I've had countless problems, all met with disdain and a total lack of care. Their platform is clunky and slow to perform so closing out trades mean you miss out on valuable price action. There have been many times where they've made up price points in order to trigger orders just out of reach - despite no price ever being recorded at that time. Their User Interface gets worse with each update. They change the rules when you're heavily leveraged which costs you literally THOUSANDS - They ignore rulings and change their terms to suit them, and let's not forget they also pulled the plug on GME and AMC, just like Robinhood.
