Terrific response and support

After a nasty fall at our holiday home in Florida, I was admitted to hospital. Surgery was required and I recovered in hospital. An agent called my Wife every day and gave her all the support she needed. they were superb, arranged the flight home and all transportation. Just Excellent. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

Have had a policy with this company and from first taking out the policy almost 12 Month ago. I have had a couple of conversations regarding changes to our policy. On both occasions the staff have been very professional and extremely polite and helpful. We will be renewing our policy on the due date all being well. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

My wife and I are both in our 70's and have been using them for our annual travel policy for quite a few years. I have various medical problems but they never request ridiculous premiums that some other insurers do. Luckily, I have never needed to make a claim but doubt if I would have any problems if I should as the policy is very clear and easy to understand. Definitely recommend.
