I have pre-existing medical conditions and have used this company several times over the past few years. I've had to make one claim which went satisfactorily and where I've cancelled policies (several times this year due to Covid), they've responded extremely quickly to refund half my premium. Always offer a choice of cover levels to suit the individual. They cover most pre-existing medical conditions and even with multiple conditions the additional premiums don't break the bank. Easy online purchasing a bonus. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020
