I telephoned to upgrade my policy to annual because of the cancellation or rather deferment of my daughter’s wedding from June this year until May 2021. I telephoned on a Monday only to discover that my free alteration had finished on the Sunday. The gentleman waived the charge and helped me complete the medical details of the policy in a polite, professional and sympathetically efficient manner. Really excellent experience. Needed to twice contact this company ref advice about a planned trip (now cancelled) to Italy. Information provided by them has always been clear & prompt, and our cover meets our requirements. The cost of yearly medical cover for my wife & self (both with medical conditions) is very competitive compared to other providers. No hesitation in recommending this company.
