Affordable cover for medical conditions. Although oir Covid disruption wasn't covered they offered to move the cover to a new holiday provided we hadn't made a claim Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

No Quibble Insurance Payout.

When travelling last year I took out some family insurance cover and due to my wife's medical condition I needed the right cover for peace of mind. The advisor helped me by taking details of the holiday and the travelling party, then offered a number of options to me including missed port insurance, gadget cover etc. I took out the aforementioned covers as advised as the premiums were reasonable for the cover being offered. Anyway we were on our holiday when trouble struck our cruise ship midway into sailing, we unfortunately was stranded in Tenerife for a few days and had to miss a couple of ports we were scheduled to visit. On our return some 5 days later than scheduled I contacted Travel Insurance 4 Medical to make a claim for the missed ports. After sending in a copy of the ships log issued to each us when disembarking Travel Insurance 4 Medical proceeded to pay the claim within 7 days without any further questions. Fantastic as the insurance payout covered our annual insurance premium and deposit for our next holiday.... Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

I am chronically unwell with acute episodes also...I am tube fed too...I was going on a cruise couple of years ago & tried SO many insurance company’s &’they were all stupidly expensive...then I came across “travel insurance 4 medical” & the total amount was less than a quarter than I had been quoted to that point & I have very extensive cover too...I recommended them to both family & friends too Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Best quote fore someone with a previous condition

There when you need them.

We had booked a summer holiday to Spain. The day before we were due to leave our daughter lost her unborn baby. We obviously could not go on holiday and informed our holiday company who advised us we would not get any of our money back. We later contacted Travel Insurance 4 medical who sent us a claim form which we later received full refund. I believe a company proves how good it is when it deals with an without drama. Just another insurance company that happened to come out cheaper at the time

Cannot comment on claims procedure as I didn't claim, so don't think others all is well. Happened to be the cheapest on a like-for-like basis at the time. However, under C19 new normal they are nowhere near competitive and offer less normal and C19 cover, so I bought elsewhere. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020
