I have only insured with Travel Insurance 4 Medical once, this being for the 2019-2020 season but as soon as I feel ready to travel again, will certainly reinsure with them. I needed to update my health details once I had bought the policy and was impressed that they called me back after my initial unsuccessful attempt to speak to them. Both my calls were handled courteously and cheerfully and it gave me confidence that should I need them urgently, I would have no problem obtaining help. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

before l went on my cruise they sent me lots of information on how to get in touch with them if l needed to luckily I didn’t need to but felt safe and secure that they were only a phone call away which helped to make my holiday more enjoyable. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

As someone fast approaching 80 with one or two prior medical conditions (as is normal at this age) Travel Insurance 4 Medical made it easy for me to insure myself for world-wide travel. In dealing with enquiries following the coronavirus pandemic, the company has been clear about what it will and won't do, and helpful in responding to queries. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

I have used Travel Insurance 4 Medical the times I have wanted to go away. It is easy to book with your Company and never had a problem with it even with my health problems i got a fantastic cover. I have already give the details to friends that have medical problems. I will be getting my cover from you next time I travel. When my last holiday was cancelled through Coronavirus I didn't cancel as I was told it would last for 12 months if I go away in that time hopefully will get the chance to travel soon.
