Very easy and straight forward web site, no hidden extras and If you need to speak to someone to talk about your medical conditions for your holiday insurance they are more than happy to help, we have used them for a few years now and no problem, definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Good level of cover at a competitive price

First, I must point out that I have not made a claim and cannot comment on that part of the service. However, I compared like for like policies before buying cover and found this policy to be relatively well priced. This is the second policy I have taken with this company. Fair, affordable premiums

I am happy to say we have never had to make a claim (yet!), but we have been impressed by the affordable premiums for my 92-year-old father. He is amazing, but does take medication for various conditions, including angina and arrhythmia. It is also noticeable that there is only a modest increase in my premium with joint cover.
