Great customer service

I accidentally started my cover a month too late and when I realised this (a day before I left) I panicked and rang up customer service - the woman on the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly and was very understanding and quickly fixed my cover start date with no hassle or extra cost. Excellent company with first class customer service.

I've used this company for the last 4 years and they are truly excellent. My wife has cancer and unlike many others their prices don't discriminate. You never know how good a company is until you have to make a claim, which we did last year It was dealt with and paid quickly. I can not fault them. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 30th July 2019
