It was good that they didn’t charge a supplement for for river cruises, some companies counted it as a sea cruise. Made a claim for delayed flight home, dealt with promptly. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

I needed annual travel cover as a 77 yr old with a medical condition. After a search, Travel Insurance 4 Medical came up with best all round cover at a reasonable price. We brought worldwide and cruise with medical conditions insurance. I order it online and very easy to filled in We did ring customer service to double check if it correct policy customer service is helpful. Unfortunately we had to make a claim they were very good and caring They did sort out the claim very thorough. I was really having difficulty with my computer I telephoned a very understanding lady answered quickly I explained and the extremely kind lady took the time to take me through the process with all our conditions nothing was too much trouble then I said I want to accept it now and pay which I did and received the paperwork promptly through the post well done !!
