Poor claims department

Had to apply for a claim form after returning from holiday, it took 25 minutes for call to be answered then received email to say it would take up to 28 days instead of the 7 _ 10 in policy eventually noticed an amount of money paid into my bank account from them which is much less than I claimed for ( no email to say they had come to any kind of decision ). I am now trying to get the rest of my claim and a reason for first decision, which will take another 10-15 days and no guarantee of success. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Website easy to navigate, cost very competitive and arranging insurance easy. Had an additional pre medical to put on ahead of teavel so called them. Dudnt have to wait long to talk to someone and the customer service was first class. Would recommend and use again for my next travel insurance requirments. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Efficient, competitive and reassuring

My husband has complicated health issues which have, at times, limited our travel plans. However, Travel Insurance 4 Medical made our holiday insurance so easy to obtain and understand at less than 50%of the cost of many other insurers. On occasions we have needed to speak to an adviser, they have been so friendly and efficient. We would not travel without the peace of mind of this excellent insurance. Thank you.
