Peace of mind

Having a number of health conditions, travel insurance with reliable cover for medical conditions is essential. I have twice taken out policies with Travel Insurance for Medical. I have found staff very helpful when I have phoned with queries or to confirm terms, and that gives me peace of mind. However, I have never had to make a claim... and of course, you only know how reliable a company really is when you do have to make a claim. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Is it as good as it appears.

I have now used Travel Insurance 4 Medical on a number of occasions after using many of the better known companies over the last twenty years. As to how good 4Medical really is I have yet to find out for I have never made a claim. What however impresses me is the personal service that has followed my becoming a policy holder. Much to my surprise I received an E-Mail upon my birthday (83) then prior to jetting off on my cruise I received another E-Mail wishing me a good holiday along with details and advice if difficulties were to arise. No other insurance company has ever thought of doing that. I trust the same commitment will arise if a claim were to be submitted. P.K.Allen Reviewed on: 13th August 2018
