I was concerned as one of my medications had been increased. Should I advise TI4M? I shouldn't have worried! I phoned them up, spoke to an advisor who was friendly and competent and told them of the change and they noted it (and my change of home address) and sent me updated new policy by email within the hour! This was a very comprehensive travel insurance at a very reasonable cost. I didn't feel as though i was paying "over the top" for cover that i didn't need. For me, going to America, the medical insurance of £3MILLION gave me peace of mind that i was adaquately covered . The website was user friendly and quick to use. LOVED THE QUOTE as it was the lowest at the time of enquiring...especially in view of our medical history! However, would strongly advise you to retain all once-entered details by us in your records to avoid us having to go through the lengthy process again next time --we'll then ensure we update your feedbacked copy next time we travel.
