Best travel insurance I’ve used! No complaints

Had to make a few claims due to hospital stays during our travels and the team could not have been better. They were easy to contact and explained all the information we needed to give to them and then sorted everything else out for us. Meant that we didn’t have any other added stress and didn’t have to be out of pocket during our travels as they paid the hospitals for us. Reassurance when it really matters

I am one of the unfortunates who needed to use my insurance whilst I was travelling earlier this year. I was travelling with an unrelated previous medical condition but needed to have urgent day surgery in Argentina. It was all quite scary at the rime, but I was assured by the medical helpline team member I spoke to that I could proceed with the surgery in a private clinic. All went well with the procedure and I was able to continue with my travels, with minimal disruption to my plans. My claim was paid within days of submitting the appropriate paperwork. I couldn’t fault the service I received from Travel 4 Medical. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
