Triodos have now updated their online banking experience and it is more user friendly and customer service is more easily accesible

I have been with Triodos bank for about ten years and I joined because of their transparency about who they support and who they invest with. Their customer service I found at the beginning was not easy to access, it took a few days to get a response and the website wasn't clear about how we transfer funds, but this year they have updated their systems and now they are excellent in customer service and their new online banking system is great. Triodos regularly update customers on where they are investing and make it easy for us to support the causes we really want to support. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Make the world great again

It's amazing that Triodos enables you to manage your money in an ethical way. They really are the champs when it comes to this and the Ethical ISA is a good example. I used to hold an ISA with a high street bank that paid very little interest in comparison. After transferring in from them, not only I get a very good interest rate but I know my money is not involved in questionable practices. Probably the only slight drawback is the lack of physical banking in London but on the upside, they are improving internet banking which is now in line with the smartphone app so for anyone considering Triodos Ethical ISA - I'm just saying go for it.
