Easy to open and use

We have a fixed-rate ISA. It was easy to open and it is easy to access - good to know that our money is doing good at the same time as collecting interest (with a reasonable rate too). We haven’t had any issues. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

User-friendly online banking App helped me create and transfer funds in cash ISA without any difficulty. The necessary and relevant information was easily accessible on the App. Before expiry of the 2-year fixed term, I received updates informing me of options available on maturity.
