Friendly staff, efficient service

I have had to contact True potential on a few occasions, for positive reasons, and have found their staff to be a pleasure to deal with, everything was handled in a professional way whilst not being too over officious. True Life Potential

Easy to use site and can see how investments are handled,how to change them,graphs etc. Excellent and so much more information at your fingertips and monthly videos to see whats happening on the market. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

Utterly terrible service

Horrific experience from the start, investment products are poor, platform isn't very good and customer service has been weak at best. They also seem to have no idea how to fulfil client requirements or needs, their risk questionnaire probably meets FCA standards but its barely covering them. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

Easy to invest, good investment choices

I opened an ISA with True Potential in December 2019; a bit of confusion when i gave the wrong bank details for my direct debit but quickly sorted. Easy to open and choose your investment option and i love checking on the app and can add money easily any time. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

True Potential make it easy to view and track my pension and put all my old pensions into one place.
