Nothing works & customer services don't care

App - doesn't work. Internet banking online - doesn't work. Every single time I contact customer services get the same reply: ' Oh well, do you really need to access your account? If so, maybe try tomorrow?' Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Constantly good service with no complaints to make at all

Rippoff merchant

I left this bank because it charged my account and was unable to explsin the reason for the charges They refused to refund the money so i had no choicr but to leave this bank and put my savings somewhere more safe and reliablr Reviewed on: 23rd January 2018

Great app from TSB

The TSB app is really great to use. Log in using fingerprint, check balance, review transactions and make payments. Every time I have called them they have been professional and courteous. Reviewed on: 16th January 2018

Excellent, personalised support from TSB.

I recently moved to the UK in July and had heard how difficult it could be for a new resident to open a bank account. However, all my fears were allayed after meeting with a TSB representative. They were friendly and professional, and really took the time to explain some of the particularities of the British banking system to me. I left with a new account and a feeling of being more at home in the UK. Five months later and the account has been working like a dream, with zero difficulties on my end. I would recommend TSB to anyone, because they seem to have a culture of simplifying difficult economic concepts for everyday people in a friendly, non-patronising way. Reviewed on: 1st January 2018

Utterly stupid.

I used TSB to get my first account (an under 19s account) and after 2 years in college it switched to a student account I tried stopping it but because I had misplaced a letter there was nothing I could do even tho I whent in branch and asked for them to stop it, then after the transfer I was forced to go to a classic account as they can't exchange me back to my old account because of they need terms and conditions. Speaking of branches. You want to go in? Prepare to travel the other side of the world. Reviewed on: 27th November 2017
