Best of the Best

Great customer service both online and in the bank; no queues, great easy to use website,. Reviewed on: 9th November 2017

Switched to TSB from my usual bank and glad I did

An easy switching experience with £125 reward, plus I now get monthly interest. Better than having to pay my bank for it's monthly fees. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Very accessible

TSB is the only bank in our village which leaves us little choice but saying that the staff are always very accessible and they even have Saturday opening too. Well done! Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Interest and cashback

Like the fact I get a reasonable interest rate and cashback for contactless transactions. App is easy to use too. Sad my local branch has closed but it's a sign of the times Reviewed on: 7th November 2017

Rip off bank

one of the worst bank I ever had the misfortune to join They ripped me off for 3 bank transfer that never took place and refuse to refund me They charged me £10 for each month for an account that was completely closed a while ago and there was no bank transfer What is more annoying is the fact that they refuse to refund my account I have decided to closed my account with them Reviewed on: 21st October 2017

TSB will refund Direct Debit

I am writing to you to raise an issue about Banking at TSB on September 20th, 2017. Barclays has taken 4 payments by direct debit in the month of may for a finance agreement that was cancelled within 14 days. I asked Barclays on numerous occasions for a refund but they say there is no record of me being a customer and they have no record of payments being received. I contacted the TSB to utilise the DD indemnity. TSB has refused claiming this is a contractual arrangement between me and Barclays Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

Poor Communication, Bas Customer Service

Booked an appointment to open a joint account with my partner who already had a TSB account. Took all paperwork listed. Arrived, customer rep was late. Customer rep told us we had the wrong documents and had been given the wrong information. Customer rep refused to seek alternatives and this resulted in us not being able to open an account.
