Keeps changing opening hours of local branch

Utterly stupid.

I used TSB to get my first account (an under 19s account) and after 2 years in college it switched to a student account I tried stopping it but because I had misplaced a letter there was nothing I could do even tho I whent in branch and asked for them to stop it, then after the transfer I was forced to go to a classic account as they can't exchange me back to my old account because of they need terms and conditions. Speaking of branches. You want to go in? Prepare to travel the other side of the world. Reviewed on: 27th November 2017

Easy online account

I find the TSB online account so simple to use. I never have any problems logging in, the site is always up and running. The information is very clear and the site is so easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 16th November 2017

Great bank

Switched to TSB from my usual bank and glad I did

An easy switching experience with £125 reward, plus I now get monthly interest. Better than having to pay my bank for it's monthly fees. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Very accessible

TSB is the only bank in our village which leaves us little choice but saying that the staff are always very accessible and they even have Saturday opening too. Well done! Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Interest and cashback

Like the fact I get a reasonable interest rate and cashback for contactless transactions. App is easy to use too. Sad my local branch has closed but it's a sign of the times Reviewed on: 7th November 2017
