Very helpful when needed.

Kind and considerate help and guidance when needed. I am in my late 80s and needed help when registering for an account. The person I spoke to took her time to guide me through the application, without any time constraints. Very rare these days! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Definitely up to scratch!

Whenever I have needed to phone my call has been answered promptly, and always by someone who can answer my question/s. The staff are always polite, helpful and friendly, and always remember to ask if there is anything else they can help with at the end of the call.
