The UTB team have always been extremely professional when I have needed to speak with them via telephone. And they have always helped resolve queries efficiently and within a very short time frame. Great personal customer service

We recently opened a business account with UTB and the process was so smooth with great customer support. So much easier and friendlier than many of the high street banks. Since opening the account that service has continued and it really feels like they care about us as a customer and can't do enough to help. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
