Brilliant service

I have worked hard to build my credit rating over the years, but when covid hit and I was made redundant, I had to rely on credit card for a number of months to enable me to afford even the most basic day to day living. This in turn resulted in maxed out credit cards and my credit score dropping due to my credit utilisation. I finally found a decent job and attempted to lower the balance, but even the minimum payments are a struggle. Enter the vicious circle. Can’t get a loan to clear the debt because my credit score is too low due to the high utilisation. Then along came updraft. They were able to link in to my accounts and see my actual incomings and outgoings and made the decision to approve my loan, meaning I can now pay off my biggest balance with the highest APR, improving my credit score and in turn making it a lot easier to clear any other outstanding debts with the money I’m now going to be saving. The process was extremely easy and very fast; any interaction has been great and informative. Amazing company that I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
