I found the whole process with Updraft to be straightforward and easy to navigate. The application was clear, the eligibility checks were quick, and I appreciated the transparency around rates and repayment terms. There were no hidden surprises, and everything was explained in plain English, which made it much less stressful than I expected. Communication was timely, and I felt informed at every stage.
