Updraft was there for me when I struggled to get a loan from my bank. All times updraft have been 5* with their customer service. I cannot fault them. Even when I panicked that the updraft app had disappeared from the app store, updraft had replied back to my query to say it was being reloaded the next day! The whole process was seamless with Updraft. Definitely would use them again. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024
