Ever since COVID I was struggling to pay off my debts gained during my unemployment. My bank was refusing to help and I looked in the App Store on a whim and was so shocked to see I was accepted, and the APR given to me was amazing. It's been incredibly straight forward and the chat feature is perfect for someone like me who can't sit on the phone waiting for a response. Overall incredibly satisfied. AMAZING COMPANY

I first introduced myself to updraft when I needed cash for my holiday they was happy to offer me £1000! Then 6 months later they offered me £2700!! So I paid my other loans I had. The customer service is second to non one staff member who I always talk to is Liv she’s always happy to help and also helped me when I was unable to make a payment. id recommend updraft to anyone who has a large amount of debt or even if you need it to book that holiday! but honestly pay your debts off it made my life so much easier. I think the Apr which is charged is great. And the monthly payments are cheap all in all I feel updraft is the winning company here!
