A new way of thinking!

Updraft aren’t like other lenders I’ve had personal loans with previously, they are very personable to deal with considering they are a very digital company. They keep it human friendly while still being forward thinking! I love that I can easily manage my loans by using an app, along with having the ability to chat to their team through the app too. Their app is straightforward and easy to use, nothing is over complicated and in times when maybe I can’t find what I’m looking for, their faqs and team are always on hand to guide me. Whenever I have needed their help and spoke with members of their team, they are always proactive in offering help/solutions/general friendly chat. Easy to use and pay off early

The app was very easy to use and I was able to repay it off early with no extra charge. Occasionally the app would force me to re-log in multiple times which was a little frustrating. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
